OQ Technology is looking an Administrative Assistant to support our facility. OQ TECHNOLOGY is the world’s first global satellite 5G IoT operator providing uninterrupted cellular coverage for your assets and machines anywhere in the planet. We are a multidisciplinary team based in Luxembourg.
Job Type FULL TIME – PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT PART TIME option - 3 days a week office based
Responsibilities: - Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly - Support our accountant with different duties - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail - Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately - Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems - Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports - Manage marketing materials and when needed assist events - Support recruitment process, scheduling interviews and integration of new members of the team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role - Must have exceptional attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize - Must be a self-starter and driven - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities - Language requirements: English and French (B1 level to deal with government/suppliers)
Software Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
