We are now looking for a Administrative Assistant Coordinator for our company in Luxembourg to drive and execute daily administrative and organizational tasks.

  • You will be primarily appointed to ease the daily life of the CEO in daily administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Assist other management team members in daily administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Able to anticipate or recognize issues and refer them immediately to the right person for resolution.
  • You will compose, prepare, transcribe, and maintain correspondence, reports and other documentation for internal and external use.
  • You will manage social media in collaboration with the management.
  • Build and maintain a relationship built on trust, to enable management to operate in an effective and efficient manner.


  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken French (C1) and English (C2).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • You have at least 3 years of proven professional experience as Personal Assistant is mandatory.
  • A degree in Administrative Assistant, Business administration or another relevant field.
  • Trust, organizational talent, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and maintaining all the company related information.
  • Strong team spirit whilst being able to work independently.
  • You have a valid driving license.
  • An EU resident.
  • As part of this role, you will be exposed to sensitive information and your maximum levels of discretion and integrity will always be crucial.
